Abstract

Organizational culture plays a pivotal role in shaping the performance and innovation capabilities of a company. This paper examines the multifaceted relationship between organizational culture, performance, and innovation. Drawing upon existing literature and empirical studies, the paper explores how different dimensions of organizational culture, such as values, norms, and rituals, influence employee behavior, decision-making processes, and ultimately, organizational outcomes. Additionally, the paper discusses the mechanisms through which a strong and adaptive culture fosters a conducive environment for creativity, risk-taking, and experimentation, thereby enhancing organizational performance and fostering innovation.
